Of course you don't, but expert psychologists do. I've had psychologists come to my lifeskills classes to learn how I was able to do some things they couldn't, And I'm not a psychologist in the formal sense- just developed some special ability, that as one of them said- "that's impossible, nobody can do that".... while admitting it was true. Why did they come? They had patients that had come to my classes- and showed groundbreaking changes in thinking, and the shrinks asked them where it came from. I have a few exceptional talents, as most people do. Difference is I've discovered mine, most have not.

People rarely recognize the state of their mental processing. If they did,they would change it the world would be a far better place for everyone. Even those who think they are educated and open-minded are often locked into a mindset that make them blind as bats without radar. You can measure the degree of the distortion by the way they communicate and describe things. Yours for example is all personal, not tangible. You are dead sure of yourself and unable to see anything else. No real issues, just angry rants. It's like you think if you can tell yourself you hung the most trash, you are a winner.
