So overnighters eh. I have done that before, it really (*)(*)(*)(*)s with your internal clock.

 

(*)(*)(*)(*) man, no kidding. I double up on Mondays, too. 7 AM to 1 PM, then back home to sleep before my overnighter. And it's boring as hell, so I have to pump my system full of caffeine just to stay awake.

 

The worst feeling for me in that situation is going to sleep when the sun comes up after staying up all night.

It is hard to explain, but it makes me feel so exposed, and violated.

 

I get that. It's also irritating for me, 'cause I live with my family and help my dad take care of my mom (she's got a disease), and my brother and uncle and I all share the basement as our bedroom, which also has the door to the driveway and garage. So I'll be trying to sleep and one will be watching TV, one will be on the computer, my grandmother will go in and out of the garage, people will go in and out of the driveway door...it's (*)(*)(*)(*)ing annoying, but what can you do.

If I trip/push someone down a stairwell, drive my car into them, slide a steak/utility knife across their throat or slip some diabetic medicine/rat poison into their coffee, they are just as DEAD as if I used a gun.


And most of the above techniques are allot quieter, and if it is done it with a bit of forethought, looks allot like an accident, than if done with a gun, and it could be done again and again and again...


The problem is when someone gets his head/heart set on mayhem, there's going to be damage, and the more intelligent that person is, the more damage will be done.


Guns only make it possible for weak and stupid people to do a bit of the kind of damage any smart and capabile person can do any day of the week without one.


You are trying to find ways to restrict people by bans, limits and coersion, because you know you are planning to do things that to them, that will cause them to lose all hope and desire to stay alive, and seek only vengence against you.


The obvious example is the 26 separate RAICAL PREFERENCES in Obamacare followed by voter fraud stealing the 2012 election to keep it from being repealed.


Quit trying to enslave people via socialism, quit trying to judge everyone by RACE and Gender and pick winners and losers by it, and you won't need to try to control them... Dugh!

The US government just isn't doing enough to ensure that we don't hurt each other - or hurt ourselves. All sharp things, pointy things, fast things, and anything deemed dangerous in any way should be tightly controlled by the protection racket in Washington DC - or, in each of the state capitals. Federal control is much to be preferred since the states have a way of not always doing what our Mommies on the Left would want them to be doing..

 

I'm perfectly happy with the states doing it. Most of them have done a fair job so far.

What else would you call it? The man seemed to be fully-functioning before an emotional event caused him not to use his normal thinking/moral processes which ended up killing two people. Lapse of judgment fits this shooting in my opinion based off what's been released thus far. I'm not condoning the event if that's what you're thinking.
