George wasn't as macho as you and so feared for his life as he doesn't feel that it is necessary to be beaten to a pulp by a deranged freak who may take his life doing so and took legal action against the illegal assault..

I believe that you can never trust what any left winger ever says they "believe" because they start with a pre conceived notion of how things are and they ignore any fact that challenges that notion, and they spin everything else and distort it until it fits.

We all know he was pinned down being beaten by a 6 foot tall 160lb young man so, not sure I understand why you don't understand.

I hope that is sarcasm because I think he's an idiot. Not a racist, just a wannabe cop who ended using a gun to end a fist fight against an unarmed kid.

If SYG laws are changed, and I think they will be, then we will have Georgie Boy to blame. I strongly support our Second Amendment rights and the right of self-defense, but if someone kills another, there must be accountability. George Zimmerman instigated a situation, against the rules of Neighborhood Watch and the advice of a police dispatcher, when resulted in the death of an unarmed minor. He's guilty of manslaughter. Unfortunately, due to the failure of police to properly bag and tag, a lack of evidence and, mostly, too loosely written Florida laws, the prosecution could not prove his guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

George Zimmerman will have to live with his actions, but the rest of us may see changes to SYG and self-defense laws which may legally hurt others in defending themselves.

Which shows George's MMA trainer, Adam Pollock, was correct and, just like many Liberals often declare about gun owners, carried a gun to compensate for his "inadequacies":

    http://dailycaller.com/2013/07/08/j...s-mma-instructor-says-he-was-a-lousy-fighter/
The owner of the mixed-martial arts gym where George Zimmerman worked out testified Monday that Zimmerman’s fighting skills registered at between a “1” and “1.5” on a ten point scale.

Adam Pollack, owner of Kokopelli’s Gym, called Zimmerman “nonathletic” and “just physically soft.”

Seems to me like Mr. Pollock is calling Zimmerman a p___y.

You mean the one that investigated it and interviewed Zimmerman and was a lead prosecution witness?

Actually, he carried a gun for self-defense. Unfortunately for that thug (fortunately for everyone in Florida), Zimmerman was able to use that weapon to protect himself.

Cite the articles in the law that say a citizen attacked on the street must meet his thug on equal terms.

It's obvious you believe in guilty until proven innocent by your characterization of Martin as a "thug" so I fail to see why you are any different than those that characterize Zimmerman as an idiotic wannbe cop and wimp.

There are no rules that require citizens much meet thugs on their own terms, but there are plenty of rules about manslaughter.
