I figured out the reality of life long ago. No nation can take in the worlds poor, whether adult or children and unlike some on the left actually are connected to reality sufficiently in order to see this is self evident.

So when does it stop? You have no limits. This is unrealistic, and not at all grounded in reality. And even if limits are reached there will still be some like yourself who will not recognize that limit and will be doing the same thing you are now. We should be nipping your kind of thinking in the bud, before it becomes more destructive to the people of this nation. For when you destroy this nation with idiocy, there will be no where for americans to go to flee it, and if there were? We would perhaps have rational people in that other nation saying NO, because they are connected to reality and understand it, and cannot have the luxury of your emotions to warp their thinking.

I don't know why the left does not spend their time and energy in doing something like working in those nations that spawn the flight of their people into the US. Make their lives better there instead of turning the people fleeing poverty and other things loose in america. But that would require personal work and much more than sitting in the AC on a laptop or phone, working only your fingers. Enough of the laziness! Get involved in those nations in someway or manner. Or shut the hell up, as a suggestion.

 

Being a refugee and having a visa are very rare. Guy is correct you do not need one when declaring refugee status. In fact in many cases it is literally impossible to get.

 

You fail to recognize that we USE those countries as staging for proxy wars. Then we abandon them.

We do lots of evil things to other nations. No matter which party is in power. You should leave the democratic party like I did. And not join the GOP either, just say to hell with the both of them. And vote 3rd party where the intelligence resides.

All we need to do is actually enforce the laws we already have on the books and stop looking the other way when a) unscrupulous employers subvert the law; b) illegal aliens (and their cheerleaders) claim they have "rights." Simpson-Mazzoli / IRCA of 1986 (Reagan's "amnesty") was a good set of laws to deal with the then 3m illegals in the country. The illegals got their amnesty, but the enforcement provisions were literally ignored before the ink was even dry.
