And million of others don’t have this issue.
That seems like a personal issue for him.

It was a big enough issue for a company that’s in the top 50 companies in terms of the number of employees to give us training on. Then again, that company is about as woke as woke can get. Check this out: they once said they rated among the top companies for LGBs to work for, but I was never given a survey. How did they know who is and isn’t LGB if they didn’t ask, and even then they’re not allowed to ask.

Items like that are typically gauge by company policy and not individuals working there. Such as allowing same-sex partners to be included on health insurance plans, FMLA, donations and political advocacy.

I believe they said the rating was given to them by employees.

That's the one they'd really love to end.

Not necessarily, the 14th amendment actually makes no mentioning of slavery or black people, the language of the 14th amendment revolves around states overstepping their authority and ignoring federal law and violating individual liberties of US citizens. Former slaves were definitely a primary example of this at the time, however the protections of the 14th amendment weren't written to be limited to just those occurrences specifically

They have already said they will seek a nationwide ban once they have the majorities.

And I do not believe that life begins at conception. The majority of abortions take place in the first several weeks most of the time via a pill.

Gay marriage and gay relationships in general will almost certainly be criminalized in many red States, and many marriages will be nullified.

Contraceptives' will probably be criminalized in many red bible-belt States where 'spilling the seed' is considered sinful.

Many muslim countries have taken this path, and its not working well for them. They also have political systems, like in Iran, where they have a president but the religious leaders are really in power.

This is true, but the 14th amendment was drafted, submitted, and passed exclusively with blacks and former slaves in mind. However, they didn't see any benefit and saw maybe a detriment to explicitly limiting the 14th to blacks and slaves. They assumed it would apply to all, but their focus was clearly blacks which makes bans on blacks marrying whites obviously and unequivocally unconstitutional.

If they are thinking of a national congressional law that bans abortions they are whistling Dixie, and it would probably put abortion back into play with SCOTUS. Trying otherwise for a complete ban in the entire country would be a helluva lot of work with zero chance of 100% success.

I'm a constitutional conservative but also do not believe human life begins at conception. But this has nothing to do with Roe v Wade or its demise.

There is zero chance of criminalizing gay marriage, and extremely unlikely that anyone will even try. The Texas ruling took care of gay relationships forever with solid constitutional backing. There will probably be an effort to not officially recognize same sex marriage (as has already been done in many places like "red state" California) but that is light years away from criminalization.
There is zero chance of criminalizing contraception. There is zero chance of even banning contraception. I know of no state, red, blue, or otherwise, that has any inclination to ban contraception. (Incidently, for the record and maybe your edification the state that Griswald threw out the ban was true blue Connecticut.) There is a federal law, Obamacare, that says medical practitioners and insurance companies must provide contraception (free if with a prescription) to anyone who asks. Since it is primarily the Catholic church that frowns on contraception, you pulled that red bible belt State crap straight out of you butt.

Interracial marriage wasn't ruled on by the supreme court till about 100 years after the 14th amendment was ratified

I'm reminded of the frog in the steadily warming water. Eventually it starts to boil, and then the frog is dead.

The effort to do away with guns and the Second has been going on for many years amongst the zealots.

And yet no one has come to take all our guns away. Hell, remember the "assault weapons" ban in the late 90s early 2000s? Remember when they came to take all our guns away? Oh wait...that didn't happen. In fact, the "assault weapons" ban was lifted. So not only did no one come to take all our guns as a result of the ban but we got back the ability to buy the very guns that were banned. Go figure.

most people are pro choice despite their political leanings..

the reason those on the right seems to be in glee with the SC overturning Row is simple

in Qanons and trumpers view,... overturning Row is "owning the libs"

and owning the libs is very important to the trumpers and qanons....

True, but that does not mean that certain zealots and idealogues are not making the effort.

Thankfully there are many good patriots fighting those efforts.

Yeah, justice sometimes moves slowly. Segregation as sanctioned by the court lasted over 50 years. The Dred Scott case lasted only about five years but it took a civil war to rectify that.

The only contraception anyone really cares about is abortafacients.

Loving is going nowhere. Thomas himself is in a mixed race marriage. And about a third of marriages in America are mixed race as we speak.

Ok well it looks like Democrats will have to start winning some elections. On that note, the rising crime, bad economy, gas prices aren’t helping you.

Nor is the partisan gerry mandering that Republicans are engaging in in order to nullify democratic votes.

The more democratic votes get nullified the better. You people can’t run your cities, let alone the country.

Why weren't people asking what other rights we'll lose after Democrats, Obama and the SCROTUS defiled the right to self-proprietorship with their individual mandate?

And people wonder how we got here today and where this is headed tomorrow?

    Seriously???

Where the hell have all of you been the past 13 years - cheering it on?
