What would it mean if a person is determined to remain in a place even if there is danger there? Let us say a person was reluctant from moving out of a certain city even though that city was being over run? What would that mean? Would that mean that person has no resources to move? Does that mean that person's heart is in that city? What might it mean to stay in a place even if there is danger? Could any form of laziness be a contributor to not relocating? A person becoming too complacent in remaining in 1 place for many many years and so they do not want to break their daily living cycle which they have gotten very familiar with?
If I can manage a whole day without needing to leave my home, There is a rudeness out there on the road and just at a store I do not remember decades back. Home is safe from rude people. Just rude cats.
In war situations you see this a lot the elderly. poor, and the ignorant. The ignorant get what they deserve. But the other two that is an issue. Some people literally cannot leave because there is no where to go.
