Where Progressives are going with the statue removals

So when they refer to the Constitution as "vague", "outdated", "taken too seriously", "shouldn't be directly interpreted", "needs to be updated like the dictionary that gets updated once a week", how is that not a replacement of the whole Constitution? If it's something that gets updated weekly, what's the point of even having it?

When the constitution was written, there was no internet, no railroad, no such thing as a stock corporation, no radio. How to govern and regulate these things according to the laws we have established for ourselves IS a living and ongoing process.
