    ^ Really good, informative write up on the subject. For anyone curious, this guy is very much opposed to the claims of the executive on the table now, morally speaking. He also runs down the history of the statute involved, and the conduct of other presidents in relation thereto. Spoiler alert: Obama and Clinton took the exact same line Trump is taking now
