Personally, I think Pelosi should allow Trump to speak, given what he accomplishes by speaking.

But of course you would allow Trump to speak in the Congress, for you can probably can guess what’s Trump’s State of the Union address ratings will be and how many Americans will watch it.

And the cameras there will not have the chance to swing away from him and whoever else will be there applauding him at his SOTU address. I wonder what’ Trump has in store for all of us?

I'm not actually. Both houses have to pass a joint resolution for him to speak on the floor.

 

He really cannot, congress is a separate branch of government that the president is not supposed to have control over (except his puppet master mitch).

Pelosi could have him removed by the Sargent at Arms which would be an interesting sight to behold.
