White House shares doctored video to support punishment of journalist Jim Acosta

LMFAO You are serious? Now that was totally ridiculous, she doesn't speak a word, she just moves the mic around the room

 

That's her job. He was told "next question", her job is to grab the mic and move the presser along.

Not stand there and argue with everyone who thinks their question wasnt answered sufficiently.

 

Why not just give her a baseball bat that she can use to hit journalists with?

I kind of doubt that her "job" is to forcibly take mics away from mean journalists.

 

In Acosta case it was unavoidable due to his reluctance to give up the mic.. If you cant see that then your simply refusing to be honest about the whole encounter!

 

Because, up until this point, no journalist had ever tried to fight her over the microphone.

the Vid wasn't intentional doctored for any nefarious reason the format was changed so then it could be posted on sites like Twitter and in process of changing formats it appeared to speed up the vid

is there a coarse on how you properly remove a mic from a rude journalist that refused to give it up after his turn was done

do you just give up and let that rude journalist keep the mic and continue to ask question for the rest of the briefing not giving anytime for anyone else to ask any questions?

 

Pretty soon, they're going to have Acosta walking into the Trump Dump carrying a hidden switchblade looking for a fight... Beyond pitiful....

While I doubt that her "job" is to forcibly take microphones away from journalists (that ultimately would have to be someone else, I would think), her job is probably to move the mic around the room to journalists called upon.

Your typo is perfect.... it was coarse behavior, on the dreaded "both sides"....

But if you are seriously asking, the simple way you shut Acosta down is have the intern stand directly in front of him (blocking his view of Trump, which is actually difficult to do) with your hand out. You could also ask "May I have the microphone please", but that's optional. A simple hand out is the way to go.

Ill be sure to go to my next Town Hall and refuse to let anyone else speak. Then, when they try to take the mic from me, I'll push them off and claim they're being rude.
