I visited Chile. Im a german. Chile has a german upper class. During my stay several times some showed my their daughters on mobile phone during events. I did not get it first. A black friend of mine years ago used to talk about being attracted to women of one race or another. We concluded curiosity drives most of it. There's also the aspect of "forbidden fruit" for white women and black men in the United States.
