The humanism in treating their elderly in UK impress me. Too bad british justice hasn't as much energy when little girls are taken in forced prostitution. But the left winged justice seems to have its priorities.

....really...how left....a bit left or just a bit off kilter of center or maybe wobbling between the two? Maybe...I just put this out there....but what about really really far left so that it goes round the corner and becomes a bit right of left but looking left instead of right? How left do you think it is?

Also what would right wing justice have done? Sort of center of left right wing with right right wing leaning....what would they have done...put the old codger in a mad peoples camp, shot the phucker and charged the family for the bullet? I mean he was obviously mad and a waste of rations? So what would the right have done.

We could explore other dimensions like up or down....how would uppity lefties do or downy righties...answers on a postcard to folks

See the issue is that you can trawl through the papers for sob stories all you like but in the end they only reflect a snapshot of a tiny fragment of a infinitesimal bit of reality...so...next....

 

Sorry, I'm pretty Libertarian-leaning but I approve of him going to prison, especially if this happened inside an apartment.

Restraining orders typically mean there have been multiple problems with this individual doing this thing before.

Noise is a form of pollution, which affects other surrounding people. And we are talking about perpetual noise here, from an electronic device, not just a sudden shout or a bit of normal human conversation.

Why couldn't he get headphones? These days they have wireless headphones. The man should have gotten some if he wanted to listen to loud music.

 

I wonder if that is a misprint. Maybe it should have read between 10pm and 9am.
Normally if there was a time restriction, it would be in the night, not the day.
