More, I doubt the veracity of those sharing the content of the conversation, as in, I doubt that they have accurately reported the information. For those who actually socialize their intent, will they ever actually act on it, and was the fact they socialized it actually indicate the behavior, or was the situation in which they found themselves the trigger for them to commit crime? I am clearly not excusing dude. I am suggesting that I can see the path of a future appeal being premised on the overreach of the local prosecution team that can be overturned. Who needs that? Had 2nd degree been on offer, the likely sentencing would have sufficiently dealt with this cretin.
