Democrats discussing this phobia called white supremacism should show us all their research. Telling us the view of some media person is not good enough. White Supremacism should show up in the court system where people get charged.

My pops worked at Ford Motor Company and suggest "Suggestion box" that Ford could save money by eliminating the extra bulb and light socket assembly by designing a wrap around tail light that we see today, they/FMC gave him a whopping 3k for the idea Then he went on to suggest they could save money by eliminating all the different hoses in the paint booths by designing a manifold and system that would inject thinner thru a clean single hose and then simply open another valve to directing the paint(s) to the gun... He got hosed (PUN intended) and received nothing for that idea although they quickly converted to that design
