The article doesn't have any stat's on that tid bit, and the governor doesn't seem to care either. So, onward and upward CA!
It'll be really interesting to see what happens to California when more and more whites continue to move out of the state and take their tax outlays with them. Maybe Mexico can start chipping in for the state's welfare? They can pay in pesos, no problem.
