Are those actual mugshots? Or just pictures from the "annotated" DSM? No wonder they wear masks, the crazy staring out of those faces is palpable.

Just another reason why the establishment MSM does not deserve press protections when they purposefully manufacture division that ends up manipulating crazies towards greater and greater MSM profit.

That people of every political stripe don't see what's really going on here is alarming.

 

There is a common theme, concerning elections in the United States. In those states, with the most accessible acces to voting and high turnouts, consistently elect Democratic candidates, whereas those states who erect the most roadblocks to voting, with the lowest turnout, consistently elect Republicans. Those states that use electronic machines, with no paper trail, consistently elect Republicans. In states, like Pennsylvania, something like 60% of the people can vote Democratic, but the Republicans typically get twice as many house seats.


Republicans win because they cheat. Not only electorally but also rhetorically. 90% of what conservatives say doesn't square with reality. Unfortunately, half the the country lacks the wherewithal to realize it.

In the video I saw, which also made its way to the front page of the local paper, clearly showed a member of Patriot Prayer spraying his can of pepper spray, yet he was so far away from the counter protestors, that the stream hit the ground a few feet short of its intended victims.

I notice that this mug shot picture, which is claimed to be the AntiFa, but is not credited. In the Portland area there is a newspaper, of sorts, that shows the mugshots of people arrested around the state. It doesn't mean that the pictures shown are actually members of the AntiFa. They probably aren't, it the context would be noted, However, I suspect, this is just another example of conservative duplicity.

 

Your grip on reality doesn't include that dems have been LOSING ELECTIONS SINCE 2010.

Any rational person would realize they've been lied to. Any rational party leadership would have changed their policies and moved toward the CENTER.

That's WHY dems keep losing elections! Because they aren't rational and ONLY want power.

If after the 2018 election, dem leadership is NOT FIRED, then Trump has the 2020 election already laid out for him.

Note the typically dishonest way snopes "fact checks" knowing that people will not read the whole thing and just the true-false rating. Here's how it works. Find a claim not friendly to or supportive of LW politics. Then find a single example where that claim was expressed incorrectly... somewhere out there. Then dismiss the entire claim as false by dishonestly emphasizing the single erroneous example. Straw man 101, who falls for it? Leftists and pretty much no one else.

In this case, the unfavorable claim to the LW was the hideous, insane, but very real ANTIFA arrest mugshots from a particular event. So Snopes seeks out an erroneous claim somewhere on the net, "the mugshots were from Charlottesville." Then, despite admitting that those are in fact mugshots of arrested ANTIFA, they can deflect focus onto whether or not they are from C-ville. They then disingenuously brand the entire claim false. This pattern is repeated AD INFINITUM in gov-edu-union-contractor-grantee-trial lawyer-MSM Complex and LW sewer pipe "fact checking." Did they fool you? Sorry about the state of what's between your ears if so.

"Conservative duplicity" ROFLMFAO

 

After hearing interviews with them, it sounds to me like some thrill-seeking brawlers found a new hobby in fighting AntiFa. They rationalize that someone needs to protect conservative demonstrations from AntiFa violence when the police won't, and I agree. But I think thats a side benefit to their desire for physical conflict. They travel from protest to bar to protest to bar, battling AntiFa in a technically defensive manner by day, and celebrating the days battle with drunken merryment by night. They're basically fun-fighters that found a niche ...a niche that AntiFa created for them by being thugs.

To be fair, its a natural male instinct (though certainly not limited to males!) to enjoy testing ones 'mettle' in physical combat, and outlets for that instinct are limited in modern society. Boxing and other martial arts practices can be a bit too regulated to properly satisfy this instinct.

If AntiFa is going to initiate violence, I don't see anything wrong with some folks voluntarily placing themselves as the focus for that violence and giving some back.

If the proudboys are initiating violence, however, thats a problem. But Im not convinced they are.

Conservatives aren't Americans. I know so because they tend to be conservatives Christians, and Republicans first, and it shows, especially in their hatred of most of the rest of the people living in America.

I notice that you, like most conservatives never have anything to say about how great conservatism is. Instead conservatism is more concerned with trash talking everyone else. But we all know why that is. There is nothing good to say about conservatism, it is a garbage ideology.

I'm not sure, what conservatives think they are getting out of it, especially when liberals, living in liberal oases tend to be better off than conservatives living anywhere.

Is it resentment towards your betters? Is that why conservatives like to trash those who go to college, resentment of one's betters?

 

Let us see, Portland is one of the most liberal cities in the United States.

Ever so often the right-wing clown parade marches through town, trash talking Portland, its government, its culture, its people, not to mention the vandalism and garbage that is left in their wake. They don't live here, they are criminals from elsewhere. Of course, those who live here see them as little more than the ignorant violent thugs, that they are. If the AntiFa wants to go hurt them, then I'm fine with that. If the police decided to start shooting them, I'd be fine with that. If the police decided to step aside, and let the thousands of counter protesters have at them, I'd be fine with that.

However, I wish that they would just return to the red muck holes they came from, where they can stew in their resentment with their own little band of crazies.

Contempt is a good term. Yes I do have contempt for conservatives. And, even after having read my post, pointing out that conservatives never say anything great about their ideology, but rather just trash talk everybody else, your response was not to prove me wrong, but to trash talk me.
