my theory is that the Progressives have aggressively tried to make men irrelevant and feminanized, but they have also targeted women...more subtly, true...but targeted they did..they want to defeminanize women...

women are discouraged from viewing themselves as nature made them...Progressives don't want men to be seen as protectors and providers, leaders...and they don't want women to be seen as mothers and wives...

they think those terms are too confining, that a woman can't be a mother AND an artist or a writer or a doctor or a scientist (nevermind the many women throughout history that did those things)

Yes their world vision is shades of gray. All the 'color' in life is much too threatening to them.

Yes they are basically imposing their dull, dreary, drab life onto society as a whole. Differences in folks are much to 'scary' for them.

So, you advocate abstinence during marriage as well as outside marriage?

No I advocate men and woman being more responsible with their sex lives. I say abortion as contraception is irresponsible. We have already had this discussion and I keep telling you where I stand. Do you just keep forgetting or something?

No, I don't but I want to ensure consistency

So let us say they were "being responsible, using contraception but that it failed - what then?

    And that means what?

Never wear trousers because they are "mens things"?

Always wear make-up or not because that would be "being a harlot?"

Com on now just what is it you mean?

Contraception is really not a responsible alternative because it is not 100% effective. A loving couple can find ways to pleasure and show love for each other or do you just consider the 'missionary' position with penis in vagina the only 'sex' there is on the planet?

LOL... Unplanned pregnancy isn't the result of procreational sex!

No feminine is not male. Unfortunately feminsta types want to believe males and females are the same.

So far we have broad illusions to "feminine" but what does that mean?

    Is this "feminine"

    Or this?

    This

    or this?

And just who are the "Feminista's" you keep talking about?

Thinking one can have procreational sex with 0 consequences is neither feminine nor masculine. Your photos are interesting but prove nothing.

No you are asking irrelevant questions....but....OK

'Feminista' is my pet word for feminists that don't fall to the low-level of 'Feminazis.' Feministas are good women who have been brainwashed since they are little girls to resent men. Feminine women are intelligent, strong and at ease with their own sexuality. They don't have to try to look 'tough' like men or prove they can do everything 'just like a man.' They realize that their only limitation is within their own brain and don't try to blame men for their shortcomings.

Feminista is Spanish for feminist, a woman who believes she has rights. Feminazi is Rush Limbaugh's term for a woman who believes she has rights and tries to use them.

Translation: Feminine women know their place.

    What difference does it make?

Women of all types choose to end unplanned pregnancies.

I realize it's Spanish..so what? I have my own definition just like pro-aborters have their own definitions. Rush uses the term Feminazi? The STOLE it from me. Well...great minds think alike I guess.

Yes truly feminine women know how to be feminine, strong, are intelligent, can be CEOs, politicians, doctors, lawyers, etc. They are not limited by feminazi man-hating brainwashing.

No, sorry, that doesn't wash. I'm British and even I've heard feminazi is a Rush Limbaugh invention, so it's unlikely you didn't know.

The fact you seem to look upon Limbaugh as some kind of hero makes it impossible you didn't know.

The reason women can do these things nowadays is because other women fought for it.

Where did I say he was my hero? I said great minds think alike. Rush is a bit too liberal for me but, he does have a great mind, second to mine of course.

So there were not great women before feminism? Oh yeah, I forgot, liberal school curriculum. OK then, lets get something straight. Most men did not and do not condone the subjugation of women. That is a false canard.

That sounds like hero worship to me.

All great women were and are feminists. They have to be, or they would otherwise be stuck in the kitchen.

Men certainly condoned the subjugation of women and, indeed, many still do.

I suggest you do some reading on the emancipation of women.

As sarcasm goes, this is pretty good. . .as long as you don't really believe it!

Sure there were great women before feminism! No one can keep great people (men or women) down.

Unfortunately, they were too often obliged to "travesty" as men (Joan of Arc, for one), and/or where accused of being "crazy" and sometime locked up for their "non-compliance." Many others only received the recognition of their greatness AFTER the feminist movement brought them back from obscurity.
