Why are Democrats so eager to impeach Trump?

Pretty simply really and what they really fear and why they are willing to interfere with the 2020 election. Judges.

Democrats can’t win on their progressive nonsense but learned long ago they can get their way through liberal courts. Just look at the liberal ninth for the example.

To their horror, Trump won which put the deep state and Hillary in jeopardy but judges are now even more important.

Trump already replaced two SCOTUS judges and if he wins 2020 might be the one to replace Ginsberg and effect the courts for decades. For the left this is more important than their own principles.

Trump stands in the way of their lust for power.

Because Trump has created a great evil and needs to be impeached as per what the constitution demands? Or maybe some weighing PF down with these kinds of redundant threads to bump up the number of times we talk about impeachment.

When you don't have facts on your side, pretend you have the numbers after all.

Isn't that a quote from Star Wars? I think Emperor Palpatine said something like that. Or maybe I'm thinking of one of the other several threads you've devoted to this topic.

Dems are not even doing that. No facts and have done nothing to get the numbers unless you consider how hard they try to stop them and wish for a recession.

I don't care. As far as I can tell, Trump did it and I have no issue saying end of conversation on it. Do you know why I think that? What does having a recession have anything to do with this? It's fear mongering, by threatening economic security, he's holding people hostage. Does an innocent man hold people hostage? Now by mentioning it the way you do, you're probably going to say something like "Oh some leftie said something like this." But I don't care either. It's from Trump that concerns me and me alone. We all know what you're trying to invoke. I have no patience for things I've seen posted here on PF hundreds of times by now. Nothing has changed, neither will it now. But at least knowing the story and how its told is interesting to know in its own right.

More akin to the process in which we talk is the issue. It doesn't matter if you're right if you do it wrong. Can you deny anything I say about how often this topic comes up with as much candor as you put into the OP? No, because deep down you know I'm right. And that's the sad part. I think you know exactly what I said is true. It's just a question of why do you play a game everyone knows you're playing? I have my answers, though I'm more curious to see how you react.

He isn't holding anyone hostage, Nancy Pelosi is holding the entire country hostage by refusing to pass a trade deal through a whole year. It took our Japanese allies one month by contrast.

You tell me who is more abusive of their power? Mr. Gaetz made the suggestion that's been on my mind for months: Impeach Speaker Pelosi.

I'm certain I am, but I like to be humored. Why did you post something with only 5 lines and something that has so little to back it up other than viewing a dare I say simple expression of one's beliefs?

"“I’ll tell you what, if I ever got impeached, I think the market would crash,” Trump said. “I think everybody would be very poor because without this thinking, you would see numbers that you wouldn’t believe.”"-https://www.washingtonpost.com/busi...ent-portfolio-take-hit-if-trump-is-impeached/

If he goes under, we all go under. That's holding people hostage.

    A) How do you figure? Who Ukraine investigates has nothing to do with our elections. Besides, it's just an investigation. Now if they would like to press charges, I think that the warm relationship we have with our Ukrainian friends can only be strengthened via an extradition or two.
    B) this is the same thing as A, right?
    C) Good luck proving that one.
    D) Yes, the president is permitted to ignore congress because he is the executive branch, and congress is the administrative branch. If Pelosi thinks she is all that, then she can try getting the courts involved. Otherwise, this goes absolutely nowhere.
