Why are pro choicers afraid to fight it out state by state?

If there isn't big support for abortion, then very few people will care if it's outlawed. I think you know that and that's why you want our govermental system circumvented.

So a woman picks up a day after pill after being raped in Oklahoma - wouldn't that make HER the provider?

The average pro-choicer still believes overturning RvW means abortion is now illegal, because that is what the left wing propaganda has told them for 50 years.

The average left wing propagandist is mourning the loss of their 50 years old propaganda baby.

So you are woman who has been raped - that's why you personally know that there is no support for the right to make that decision on abortion?

If you are an American Citizen living in Oklahoma ... yes, abortion has been completely banned and is illegal.
That's not propaganda - it is real life.

    I know right.

Plus we also have immaculate conception to worry about.

Hogwash. The only thing that's changed for Oklahomans is how long they have to stay on the interstate before the chop shop exit appears.

So you are comparing 3,500 reported rapes in Oklahoma in 2018 with an "immaculate conception"? WTF? Really? That's sick.

Are you serious after all the vax mandates democrats tried to force on people?

Democrats attack free speech about every damn day. Are you not aware of that?

Which means the only people who will be impacted by the law are poor people, right?
Which takes us right back to why the Supreme Court ruled on Roe in 1973.

God's, stupid just keeps coming back around.

Yet you want to FORCE a woman to carry her rapist's fetus. And you see no hypocrisy in that?
Democrats and Republicans have become worthless. Vote Independent.

No, I just read the part of the bill that exempts usage of the day after pill.

    Please resume your uneducated musings.

The people who weren't concerned about the mental effects and high suicides among women who got abortions are suddenly concerned with their mental health though.

    That's a start.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't it be easier and far cheaper to just use birth control consistently?

You know that abortion doesn't have the support you claim it does. Obviously, there is support of getting abortions for extreme situations such as rape, incest, medical emergency, etc.

But, unrestricted abortion on demand? That dog won't hunt and you know it.

This may come as a shock to you but the people don't want that right. And if they do, they will vote it in democratically...

Not all woman are pro choice. Nor do they want to live in a pro choice environment.

What about the political fallout of fewer abortions in this country?

    I'm serious!

Libo women if there is such a thing as a woman any longer are the ones having the abortions. Fewer abortions means more libos. :blankstare:

We shouldn't have to go to another state to exercise the right of free speech....or will that be next.

Is a CCW permit in the Constitution?

If abortion is ruled on state by state then so should gun laws be state by state

Only the ignorant who don't know what bodily autonomy means don't want it.

When someone FORCES them to give a kidney or blood transfusion or their heart to someone else then they may understand it ..

Ignorant people don't know that loss of bodily autonomy is what made slaves.....and some people KNOW that and want women as slaves.

Whether a woman is pro-choice or Anti-Choice has nothing to do with anything.

Why do you have to divide eveyrthing by gender?

You forget (actually more likely ignore) the obvious:

    1) The right to keep and bear arms is SPECIFICALLY in the U.S. Constitution.
    2) Any rights involving abortion, bodily autonomy or any related is at best inferred in the Constitution. It certainly is NOT ENUMERATED like the right to keep and bear arms is.

    3) Why are you bringing up "free speech"? How is it going to be threatened or restricted? That is a classic strawman argument.

Where in the Constitution does it say abortion is a crime?

Maybe they have choice words for people who are pro choice? Something like "selfish"? Or "irresponsible"? Or "despicable"? How about "morally bankrupt"? Since they've managed to convince themselves that they are not being flippant about creating life knowing they are just going to destroy life so they redefined what life is to shelter their conscience so they can sleep at night and further take part in the act?

And that's not a religious thing. That's a science thing. It's morally disgusting behaviour and complete lack of self awareness and responsibility.

And some people don't want to live in that society. Some do. You get to choose which by living in a state that supports your beliefs.

We are not United Anything at the moment.

It doesn't. Duh. That's why we have legislatures. To make laws. Those laws, drawn up by the various states
(all 50 of them if you've lost count) do say that it's a crime. However, it is your choice to live there or not. That's what Federalism is about in case they didn't teach you that in school.
