I'm pointing out that your common sense argument is flawed. Aside from the falseness of common sense that I showed above, the key word there is common. Right now it is more common for people to support homosexuality and SSM than for people to be against it. Therefore, common sense does not define homosexuality or SSM as sins, IF we use common sense as the basis. Even if I stipulate that your conclusion (homosexuality is a sin) is correct and valid, you are still arriving there by faulty logic.
Catheters are weird things and they scare the hell out of me. They aren't natural and should be banned. Do you see catheters in nature? No you don't.
The wording, hence the request to reword. I'm not saying that your idea didn't make sense in and of itself. Just that the words selected and how they were presented didn't not convey as clearly as you may have intended.
Its a form of fornication. Its a sin because its sexual activity between people who dont belong to one another.
OMG!!!! I just realized! Computers and cell phones and online debate forums are not natural!!! We're all sinning just by being here!
The f word doesnt refer to the things i mentioned. It means sexual stuff itself. Its a grotesque word.
Natural or not its adultery. Jesus said whoever looks with lust has committed adultery in their heart.
Go back to this. First off what F word? Fornication? F**king? Field rations? Which book? What are you contrasting mating to?
Polygamy and incest I dont think involve people who are looked down upon by others. Thats why homosexuality is different. Its also different because its closer to marriage than those other things.
It occurs naturally, thus it's natural. Frequency does not determine natural or unnatural. The existence of the more common does not render the less common unnatural. Otherwise, left-handedness (which was once considered unnatural and a sin) would be unnatural.
Nobody is truly ambidextrous. Thats why i believe that this behavior is not genetic but debauchery. http://www.politicalforum.com/index...n-much-more-common-than-gay-in-africa.568982/ How is it somehow more acceptable?
Yep, it all started when white skin people could marry black skin people. That led to same sex marriage. It will never end
Its closer to marriage than incest and the bible says not to judge and incest doesnt involve people who are looked down upon by others, but that doesnt make homosexuality any less of a sin, just because its not as spooky as other sins and people are looked down upon.
I dont think the F word refers to sexual immorality or fornication or homosexuality or abnormal sexual behavior or 50 shades of grey or anything related to the stuff in that book. I think it refers to mating itself.
Humans were procreating long before there was spoken or written word. Long before some concept of marriage. Else, there'd be no human population if marriage was required in principle.
How about sex between 2 cows, females or 2 bulls, males. It happens among the bovine and almost all others in the animal kingdom. Doesn't only happen among humans. It occurs in nature. Nature = Natural.
Marriage is mostly a legal concept, even in a religious form. Marriage has little to do with sex. Animals have sex all the time. That's why they don't go extinct. They have no concept of marriage.
It's currently considered a vulgar word referencing the sex act. Granted that vulgar is a subjective value, but enough hold that value in common, at least among this forum's controllers, that they have banned it's direct use. We can obliquely reference the word itself, but no direct use of it. Personally I have used it both as an expletive and a descriptor, and the only problem that I have is if someone uses it super frequently. Seriously, don't they have a larger vocabulary?
Ambidexterity is debauchery? I think you are making leaps in your head that you are forgetting to put out on print. Also, if that study is the one I think it is, it's flawed in that it looks at who people have sex with, as opposed to who they are attracted to. Pay me enough money and I'll have sex with a guy. I don't have to be attracted to him to engage in the physical act. I'm not sure what you are referring to here? I've not put anything as more respectable. I've only denied things as less respectable.
