You know, it's topics like this that make me more and more liberal. First off, President Barack Obama is not muslim. If he were, I wouldn't have a problem with it because the grand majority of muslims hold the same values of humanity and good will as christians, and jews, and all other religious and non-religious individuals of this world. Someone's religion neither defines their moral values, nor does it provide them with inherent ones. The Bible has substantially more references to violence than the Qu'ran. Does that mean all Christians are extremists because some of them take the text literally and kill people? No. Same as with Islam. Some crazy people interpret Islam in a distorted and impure fassion that truly has no solid connection with what the religion itself is. So, if you'd like to bash Islam I reccommend you read a history book, or, I don't know, perhaps meet a muslim before you pass judgement upon them. Now, Communist? What communist programs has he put in place? I get the socialist argument (even though it's a massive stretch and completely misses the actual meanings of socialism), but communist? C'mon now. Anti-American? In what way? Please, explain before asserting some massively untrue, defamatory statement. Non-Citizen? Okay, if the birth certificate isn't enough. . . what is? Would you like a video of him being delivered with a view of the pacific ocean and Hawaiian landmark in the background? And if he weren't born in the United States, I STILL wouldn't have a problem with it. Why? Because he grew up in the United States and he's as American as you and me. USA hater? Yes, the man running for President hates America... I'm sure that's why he's devoted his life to serving in public office. To destroy the country. He must be a Russian spy! That's it! You hit the nail on the head! Now, for the basis of this whole thing: Obama is a pretty good President. He inherited a (*)(*)(*)(*) economy and is likely the reason, along with a Democrat-Lead Congresss, that we're not currently in a massive depression. He's the reason the United States has redeemed a huge level of respect worldwide, the reason that Republicans who want to teach creationism in school and would prefer two men holding guns to two men holding hands aren't in power right now, and the reason that the US has begun to climb out of the massive whole it was left in by the Republican-led Bush era. And btw, I disagree strongly with many of Bush's policies... does that mean I jump to the conclusion that he's anti-american or a fascist? No. Because I'm not insane.

Conservatives voted for McCain for all the wrong reasons. They voted for him because he wasn't black. They voted because he was an old white guy. They voted for empty platitudes and the "thrill of their Messiah Sarah Palin". They were scared of what was happening in the economy due to the housing bubble and they voted for the more charismatic orator who promised to fix everything, while promising them free stuff in the future.

It really shows how flawed the election process is when someone as inept as Sarah Palin not only stood a chance of becoming VP, but also would have stood a heartbeat away from the White house.

Actually none of the assertions are true- you just threw a bunch of names against the wall and hoped it would stick.

It is not that hard- prove he is 'not a citizen'- keep it simple and just prove one of the assertions is true.
