(1) What makes oppression such a smart thing to do?
I'd think that cooperation & respect towards other cultures, and the exchange of knowledge & wisdom both ways would be of mutual benefit, and thus the smartest thing to do. It'd be like having two brains instead of one. It's a win-win situation.

Do you for some reason believe the brains of other races/cultures are incapable of the same ability to learn & apply the same material taught to white people?

"Diversity," is not "the belief that everyone is equal." I don't know what that belief is called. More likely, you are mixing up the idea of "all equal, in the sight of the law," or " all (men) are created equal," neither of which, means that no one has superior qualities, traits, abilities, intelligence, skills, etc., to anyone else. Both can be said to relate to no one being entitled to special treatment, better than anyone else, in certain situations, or, put another way, they refer to an inherent quality in all humans, which other humans should acknowledge, putting us on an "equal" footing, in all being worthy of & due, certain things. Again, this is not saying that our overall worths must be the same, only that humans are deserving all of some minimum level of dignity, for want of a better word.

No. Half the world does not want to come to the US. Most wish to stay in their motherland. If they do leave, the US is only one potential destination. There are many other countries that immigrants move to, and for many different reasons.

But because of the relentless spread of Western socio-economic & political global hegemony, many nations are left plundered of their resources & livelihood and forced to live under the yoke of capitalism. This leaves their nation in shambles, often with a Western-friendly puppet government, spurring the migration of economic & political refugees. Let's also not forget that white colonialism has led to rape, mutual sexual liaisons, and marriages between whites & other races (as occurred between whites & black slaves, native Indians, and Asians). This & the resulting offspring of these interactions naturally would lead to further admixture of races in the US.

Thus, we don't see immigrants flooding into the US from developed nations, many of which have a much higher standard of living than the US.

The US just happens to be a large nation, so economic & job opportunities, as well as resources, will be greater than, for example, the smaller European nations. European nations have had a steady flow of immigration annually, but lack the resources & opportunities to accommodate what larger nations can accommodate.

Hence, the US, Canada, and Australia represent the three most immigrated-to nations in the world.
