Why do people hate jews and israel

Nephew, I think you're wrong. We have a few people on this forum who have an irrational hatred of Jews. Most of the haters are leftists and at least one is a fundamentalist Christian. Most people on this forum are, in my opinion, supportive of Israel and don't hate Jews.

 

That would be the basic hatred that leftists have for Israel and Jews. Rob Reiner and Barack Obama are aligned on that and I don't think Barack Obama has ever claimed he was Jewish.

The leftists try to separate Jews and Zionists, too, but they fail because they're lying. An acquaintance of mine started ranting about Isreal and the Jews with a statement that he has nothing against Jews and it's Zionists that he hates. The fifth time he used to phrase, "...(*)(*)(*)(*)ing Jews...," I interrupted and said, "(*)(*)(*)(*)ing Jews?" "I meant Zionists." "No, you meant the (*)(*)(*)(*)ing Jews." His parents were religiously observant Jews. His mother was Jewish so he was a member of the tribe. But, his faith in the leftists is what drives him.

 

People don't need to know about a religion to hate it's believers. All they need to know is that it isn't their religion.

Not all Jews are as far away from Christianity as you think. messianic jews and christians are pretty much the same thing.

Therefore, if you are a Christian you are obligated by biblical law to endorse this teaching. Anyone who denies that is an antichrist. See the Bible for yourself.

Built a Militarily strong, economically vibrant, representative goverment in the middle of arid land surrounded by enemies.
Also managing to win huge amount of Nobel prizes.
While the Arabs lbarely manage to run their countries, even though they are resource rich.

 

Are you saying that the beautiful people of the beautiful countries who have been the long standing advocates of Palestinians would place them in tented camps? At any rate, they'd be surrounded by their own kind and far from the Jews whom they despise.

 

Jews have been hated since they first started protesting the Hellenic and pagan societies they rebelled against thousands of years ago. Personally, I think that it has been a basic human trait to want to segregate yourself by virtue of religion, morality, culture and tradition since time began. When one group decides that it should keep to itself while in the midst of other cultures and judge others harshly or through the lens of religion, they create a backlash. While at first this backlash was limited to expressions of power over Jews (the Romans and Eypgtians), the early Christian Church turned all Jews into murderers because of the story of the death of Jesus. Once you got religion involved in this persecution, the state followed right along in tandem. It is sad really but that is the history in a nutshell. Combine that simple human fault with the incredible toughness, intelligence, work ethic and success of Jews everywhere, you are going to see others make them scapegoats for their own failures and inadequacies. It all culminated in the Holocaust and then the world created a remedy for them, Israel. This started an entirely new set of problems. It is fascinating though that of all the world's sects and creeds, Jews seem to have been singularly targeted. I really think this is because of the doctrines of Christianity over the ages.

Growing up, I remember Jews being referred to as Christ killers. I wonder if anybody bothered to translate the inscription on the cross, "INRI", which is "Jesus of Nazareth King of the Jews".

If any Palestinian actually was able to represent themselves on American TV, you would quickly become reminded that Palestinians and Jews lived together in relative peace for thousands of years in Palestine. They would also point out that it was Christians who persecuted the Jews, not Arabs.
