And at the same time you refer to them as "Thieves" if they collect any type of government assistance.

 

The people who post on these forums are certainly not representative of normal average Americans. Few of the posts are worth reading.

 

I'm not wealthy. I'm just aware of some facts that refute the post.

It would depend on how you define poor person. Since the truly poor are a small minority they wouldn't fit the definition of normal or average.

What victim? There is no victim in my post and no blame. Choosing to live my life my way creates no victim. You see victims where none exist. It’s sad.

 

Not at all...those that need it for a leg up. I just feel Govt isn’t the best way to do it, since there is little oversight and often it isn’t set up for a leg up but more an entitlement, so it often creates a disincentive to work

Hahaha no! The Govt is huge! More important not matter how many people you have in Washington stamping checks, they will never know what a poor family in West Va or lady in Iowa night need to get back on their feet. Pouring money isn’t always what people need. It’s the difference between charity and welfare. Charity lifts people up, welfare unfortunately can make people dependent

No it’s not just that, but it’s part of it. Lots of folks didn’t know that Obamacare had the federal govt paying insurance companies for the loses the bill put on them. Look it up.
