There is nothing anyone can do now...the methane is releasing and ocean albedo has tipped over into warming. The expected Ice Age axial tilt and orbit indicate has been prevented and atmospheric/ocean warming have been forced....all we can do now is buckle up for the ride.

Well, except to talk about your experience which I respect, You seem to be pretty conflicted between the labor you do and the people you meet with in this subject. I'm a DEP ( department of environmental protection, which is an EPA supported state agency) certified in erosion control contractor. I would conservatively say that few here have done as much with heavy equipment in erosion control. I also served as a medic during the Vietnam War. I have a Valid POV as far as the military commitment to this topic also.
If you worked with federal agencies, you'd know they are all totally committed to the concerns of global warming. Let's not talk like you don't know why these regs are in place to begin with.

This guy doesn't have a clue how far reaching the mission of NASA is. Long range climate conditions are a huge concern for a plethora of industries which make plans decades into the future. That's obviously the military, obviously agriculture, obviously EVERYONE. NASA is a vital resource in climate conditions for much of the industrialized world.
