    If your simplistic reasoning is so cogent, why was the equally simplistic reasoning behind the Ozone Hole regs (40 CFR 82) such a failure?

    I am sure you don't see your problem. You probably don't understand the limitations of modeling, after all, that is what all of this alarmism is based on or didn't you know that?
