According to a classified portion of an intelligence report, the Pentagon has "moderate confidence" that North Korea has nuclear weapons capable of delivery by ballistic missiles but the country has not demonstrated the ability to miniaturize and launch a nuclear missile with any reliability at this point yet and the classified Pentagon report may not be highly accurate.
