Why is Black Gang Culture Tolerated and Glorified?

Sorry, solutions to problems that took centuries to create... won't come or be applied as quickly as most would prefer or imagine.

People need to grow-up and be realistic.

Any black person will tell you theres nothing wrong with any of those things. I don't know where you got your "definition". An Uncle Tom is a black person that will stop at nothing to please white people. Nice try though....actually no you suck.

And truth be told... I absolutely LOVE White people; they are my family, fellow soldiers, friends and lovers. But I'm NEVER going to blame what AMERICA is (what's wrong with it) solely upon African Americans. Some truly foolish Blacks and Whites WILL try to do that... but I know better.

All these "problems" out here meld together; Whites blaming Blacks for the very problems that White American culture invented/induced, is both ugly and infuriating. In fact, we are going to have to work TOGETHER to resolve any of these problems. Sorry "White folks", you aren't going to EVER have the 'unearned' luxury of sitting back and fantasizing about "Blacks" fixing problems that YOU are (also) an integral part of.

And yes, Black Americans have their burdens and responsibilities to bear... but they will not be doing so 'alone'.

The thing is Brewskier there must be a double standard since of course between white and black culture we speak of two very different histoories and realities. One cannot compare like with like between these two. Therefore double standards are logical and moral.

Black employment did not reduce dramaticlly overnight it was a process over decades so it couldnt have been a minimum wage issue. The biggest change was the beginnings of mass production, the flight of blacks from the south and the clearance of black farming from agriculture.

No sorry. Black people do not turn up for work acting like that man in the video. The reason theyre more unemployed is the unskilled make up of their population. If you want to make unskilled work cheaper than indeed you have a case, or you could strictly enforce immigration and the undermining of the minimum wage.
