Why no coverage of the riots?

It is called freedom. This is what raw democratic power looks like. I would think libertarians would get into the riots.

 

There were no protests when Bush was president? I’m pretty sure that the largest worldwide protest ever, occurred to protest Bush’s unnecessary war on Iraq.

No, it's beyond these governors/mayors. They tell the police not to "strongly" fight back. Well, screw it. Fight back and yeah, it'll show the beloved media propaganda on so called "brutality". No, what's brutal is destroying people's things and property, attacking innocents and showing disregard for others.

They are domestic enemies of the United States federal government, and must be treated as such.

 

Thanks to the wonders of the internet, I can place a dozen windows on my screen, each showing a video feed of a different city. Thus, on Saturday night, I sat and watched riots in a dozen different cities. Saw a lot of burning police cars. It seemed to always be a ritual. First the car would be ransacked. Then it would be vandalized. It would be hit with rocks and clubs. People will get on top and jump up and down, kick in its side panels, break its windows. It would sprayed with spray paint. Then it would be lit on fire. Obviously a lot of built up anger against the police.

 

You are looking at this through the eyes of an authoritarian. Smash, crush, maintain order. Hmpf. If the police come down too hard, things will only escalate. After all, the primary force of the anger is police misconduct. Sending the police in to crack heads is only adding fuel to the fire.

 

I flipped between a few networks using HULU and an Mac Book Air. I agree that there seemed to be a pattern or a formula and as you observed a car gets torched, maybe another. Back at the crowd water bottles get thrown at police. In DC fireworks get thrown at police, more water bottle, back in LA orange traffic cones get thrown. In LA a blue car pulls up looter gets out, loots a store brings stolen stuff to car, car pulls away. Reporter points out that police are a block away dealing with something else such as a car fire obviously a diversion. Back in DC rioters seaparet from protesters and set a utility building across from our Nation's White House , on fire. Fire trucks cannot get access due to demonstrators who spilled out of Lafayette Park into street.

In Minnesota a trailer tank truck almost runs into demonstrators. Driver yanked from truck apparently bested up taken to hispital.

So the networks tried to capture all that they could.

 

And by contrast, letting them loot and destroy will "bring peace and stability" to the land!(This incident has made me become more and more comfortable with my authoritarianism. As you can see/tell). Authority, once its respected can maintain peace and security for everyone. Authority is needed for civil humans(you know, the ones who buy things and not steal them) to be able to conduct themselves freely without worrying about some Molotov Cocktail.

 

I disagree with your apparent assertion that I was justifying looting based upon the trigger of the cop making George die. What the cop did was to give the violent actors be they elements of BLM, ANTIFA, Aunt FIFA or Russian infiltrators the EXCUSE to riot. Derek the cop handed the excuse to the bad actors on a silver platter. I am in no way justifying or excusing rioting or looting.
This is a chain of events. If George had not moved to Minnesota, and not tried to pass a forged 20$ the manager had not called the cops and the cop Derek had not sat on George's neck too long and George had not decided to die right there, there would be no excuse for rioters to use to loot, riot, burn.

Yes the protests were triggered by that cop but the rioters and evil actors used the event of George's untimely death to riot, burn, steal ( loot), set fires etc.

What doesn't seem to get covered much is the money that's going into subsidizing a lot of these rioters and looters. I'd be interested in knowing just how much they are getting paid, and who is paying them. Even some of the looters themselves are saying they are doing it "for the money".

In order to "cover it" there needs to be proven facts that someone or some entity or some group is subsidizing them. Remember when whack jobs and Constipated conspiracy buffs were closing Soros was paying illegal entrants to come here. There never was any proof of that now was there! Apparently there were some partial quasi almost facts or rumors that Soros contributed water and/snacks to the illegal migrants.

Now what does it mean that looters said they did it for the money? Does that mean that they sell what they steal therefore that produces money from crime. If someone or some entity is paying them to commit crimes that in itself is a crime. Again bring in the proof!

Will your group keep the part in the Pledge that says "with liberty and justice for all"? Or maybe it will say something like "only the rich have rights and everyone else is their slaves."
