They shouldn't. Because they are women, and they don't have a penis. The therefore have no right to say what a man can do with his own body - they aren't a man and can't understand what kind of temptation a rapist is feeling when he commits the act, therefore they are in no place to judge that rape is wrong. If they want to point fingers at rapists, they need to grow a penis first.

    ---

Now of course I'm not literally condoning rape - I'm just pointing out the stupidity of abortio-nazis who say that men can't have an opinion on abortion just because "they aren't a woman" and therefore "don't know what a woman is going through when she's pregnant". It'd be no different than saying that women have no call to judge rapists, just because they can't understand the emotions he's feeling that drive him to commit the act.

Ummmm, women can be rapists too. However, men do not get pregnant.

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/12/01/women-raping-men-a-surviv_n_2224204.html

Former U.S. Marine James Landrith joined HuffPost Live to tell his story of being raped by a pregnant woman decades ago. As host Mike Sacks points out, female sexual predators are often depicted as objects of teenage fantasy in popular culture, but this ignores the fact that men can be victims of rape by women.

Earlier this year, the United States government updated its official definition of rape to include any gender of the victim and perpetrator.

Landrith told his story of being raped by a pregnant woman while on active duty as a U.S. Marine about twenty years ago.

As he tells HuffPost Live, the woman drugged him and forcibly had sex with him telling him that he "better not be forceful" or he would hurt her unborn child. Landrith still doesn't remember much of what happened during the experience.

Rape is an act committed on another person without their consent .. a fetus is not a person and does not have any rights, so no illegal act is committed upon them .. as far as a woman not having say because it is his body, she doesn't that is why it is called rape, she has no choice or say in the act .. however the law regards it as illegal, something that abortion is not.

I actually agree with the idea here that men should have the right to speak on abortion, but your method of putting it across is flawed.

A Jew is not a person and does not have any rights, so no illegal act is committed upon them by throwing them in gas chambers.

A Negro is not a person and does not have any rights, so no illegal act is committed upon them by forcing them to pick cotton.

    etc

Erm .. where do you live, none of these statements are correct .. unless of course you are talking about the isolated country of Germany under Nazi rule or the horrific past of other countries . .anyway, regardless you are wrong. The Jews and Negros were seen as "persons", just not at the same level as other persons for example an negro was seen as 3/5ths of a person, which is 3/5ths more than a fetus.

so being raped is in the same catagory as abortions. Is that like Going to church is like watching the football games on sunday? Everyone gets religious when their team is loseing and talks big when their team wins.

or would you consider religion like prostitution, Anyone can get one, Someplaces its illegal (schools are suppose to be seperate from religion) yet it still gets around.

now I understand force used in rape and abortions, however deffinition of the law says abortions is ok, and rape is illegal. so would you not consider going to change the law and not attacking people doing it?

I dont like slow drivers on the road i dont ram them with my pickup truck to get them out of the way or hold a gun to someones head to make they like guns because I do.

I believe that when the embryo develops into a human fetus, abortion should be illegal for any reason including rape and incest (except the mother's life).

Its an interesting stance given that the vast majority of pregnancies through rape or incest are aborted before 12 weeks (LMP) or 9 weeks (DOC), according to medical opinion the embryo becomes a fetus at around the same time ie 12 weeks (last monthly period) or 9 weeks (Date of conception). So in the cases of rape or incest this would have little or no effect on abortion rates.

However your ending comment in ellipses is a real killer ... how, when all pro-lifers maintain the life of the fetus is as important as the life of the mother, do you decide that suddenly the mothers life is more important than that of the fetus, surely they have equal right to life?
