The real problem is the general requirements for marxism. First the past has to be destroyed and history started over anew. Secondly the populace has to be balkanized into warring factions by class/group identity The latter is where critical race theory fits in.

 

Propaganda is repeated by the media over and over. Look how the media is pushing over and over the race card regarding the killing of 8 people in Atlanta. Some were Asian but not all. The perp said he didn't pick out Asians. Doesn't matter to the media and many on the left, and even some Asians. But facts are ignored by the media because they have a narrative to report. The media has no shame.

 

Not really. The facts are that hate crime against Asians is up 150%. The media I listen to has been clear about this. Biden has been talking about it for two months.

 

Aw come on!!! Hate against the Asians had nothing to do with the Atlanta shootings. There is hate crimes against Asians, statistics say it's committed mostly by blacks. But Atlanta was no hate crime, period. Don't mix the two.

Nobody is mixing anything. Again, the media has been clear to report this. The facts are also clear. The congressional hearings were scheduled weeks ago because of the 150% rise in hate crime against Asians. These would have proceeded regardless of the killings. We know what the suspect claims, based on an interview with a cop. In other words, nowhere near enough to form a conclusion. It sure looks like a hate crime, and I'm going to need a bit more than a cop saying he had a bad day to be convinced it isn't.

 

The reemergence of racism as an issue is more a function of social media than it is of political parties.

We just didn’t know how twisted a number of Americans were ( on ALL sides) until they got a personal megaphone to yell it to the world.

 

There's also the post modern definition of racism which purports the ability to root out racism in people's unspoken and unconscious thoughts. It's interesting to me that the majority of people who claim to be able to hear silent dog whistles claim that they themselves are not dogs.

 

And even fewer people have mirrors in their glass houses to understand their own propensity to ignore their own canine reactions.

Modern psychology studies and describes racism. Dictionary definitions haven't changed much and are irrelevant. The only person that can "root out" racist thoughts is the one suffering from them; sometimes with the help of a therapist or a priest.

Dog whistles aren't silent. They're coded and camouflaged. If you're familiar with the language and are good at spotting an octopus, you hear it loud and clear.

 

An objective one, so look with a friend. Being in denial of one's thoughts is not a defense for having them.

Unconscious racism is detected with emotions. Feelings are not analog detectors. They are biased by the experience of the person that produces them.

 

An objective mirror cannot reflect a signal that isn't produced. Unconscious thoughts cannot project unto an objective mirror. They can only reflect in a subjective one.

Introspection often leads people to believe they are reincarnated kings and queens. It's hardly an objective pathway to truth.
