The value of conspiracy theories is not measured by the number of times it's posted and re-posted, but by the facts, evidence and its merit. I'm sure there are at least as many wingnut pages out there making wild claims about the coronavirus, as there are about how the Moon landing was fake. But that only works on those who are too lazy to look for actual facts. Forum rules indicate that you should make the arguments, and external pages be used as a reference but not to make your argument for you.

All Trump has been doing is listening to the advice from his advisors that's it. You can go back in January and February and even March and listen to the comments made by his advisors. They were the ones who were telling us this virus was not something to worry about, that we were at low risk, that the CDC and NIH could handle it, etc... We had other "experts" saying it was just a respiratory infection and our doctors know how to handle the respiratory infections, and on and on and on

I believe you're referring to China. I know that was a typo. It's just reminded me how Trump expresses his racism and xenophobia by changing the name of people and countries he hates.

As a minimum, China withheld information on the virus allowing it to spread more than it should. It is also possible that the virus came out of a Chinese Lab. It was not necessarily created on purpose, but they lost control.

Trump is no more responsible than a number of democrats. Pelosi and Cuomo encouraged the Chinese celebrations to go on. Biden said Trump was fear mongering. The WHO downplayed the whole thing as did Fauci. A lot of people were wrong. Trump may be president but that does mean he should have had forsight that others did not.
