Racial tensions have been a big part of Obama's presidency, due to some people on the Right and the Left stirring up racial hatred to further their agendas. He's the first non-white president in US history, so it was bound to happen, regardless. However, Hillary is looking more and more likely to be our next president, according to many online polls where she's dominating any other potential candidate. The question I've been thinking over is whether or not her presidency would cause gender relations to dip into the negative. For example, will Hillary be the type of candidate that accuses her political opponents of being "sexist" and "misogynist" simply because they disagree with her? Will her supporters do the same? Many people think Eric Holder and others like him have contributed to the continuing racial tension in America. Would Hillary appoint someone similar in a high political position, such as a radical feminist, or would she simply hire someone concerned with women's rights? The reason I say this is because I get the feeling women's issues will be the front and center of Hillary's campaign, much like racial issues were a hot topic of Obama's '08 campaign. There's nothing inherently wrong about this, but I feel like there will be radicals who will take advantage of Hillary's potential presidency to push their agendas while still calling themselves feminists, which is supposed to be about equality. What do you guys think of this? If Hillary wins in three years, will gender relations and feminist causes be okay, or will they worsen under her leadership? NOTE: I know a few of you here will accuse me of being anti-woman or anti-feminist. That's not the case, as I'm simply discussing the radicals in those movements in relation to Hillary's potential run for the presidency. Just wanted to clear that up.
No, she's a party shill. Their main aim is to be apolitical, continue to make money for them and theirs. They'll only put on a show when it's needed for mass distraction. I doubt what you are talking about would at least get her into office.
With her at the helm of the State Dept, reducing security for the consulate in Benghazi when the situation there warranted an increase, I think Hillary Clinton will never become President. If she couldn't manage the State Dept, why on earth would she be able to do any better with the whole country.
Well it didn't help Obama and race relations with his multiple blatantly racist mentor, friends and people that he's put into power. As for Hillary... she'll never become President. She's too divisive. However, theoretically, if a woman were to become president... if you think that the media would not make her entire presidency a referendum on gender inequality... you're delusional.
First off, it's a inconceivable notion that "race relations" have dampered, that's a liberal talking point against any of the valid criticisms of the over expansive spending, police state, spying, higher taxes for businesses, no jobs for the middle class. IE: The complete and utter epic fail of an administration. Should one turn off "State Media" and walk outside of your neighborhood, you'll be able to coexist with just about anyone. And I concur with everyone else, Hillary Clinton CANNOT be this country's head of state, she would make Obama look innocent by comparison. She's a deranged war monger like McCain.
