Because the controversy is that Trump does not have that power.

The courts decide such, not the President.

And yet the courts constantly say that Trump does have that power. Pay attention.

You are not paying attention. Each challenge follows case law and statute. You are just saying something is silly. Not all EOs survive challenge, which went for Obama as well as Trump.

    Love the Rule of Law.

If you think Trump vs. Clinton was the best of the best. By all means vote for one or the other. A vote for either one means you are satisfied with them as the presidential nominations of both parties. That it was one of them you want with all your heart to be the next president. That you couldn't think of anyone better. They, Trump and Clinton were the highest of the high. At least for you.

A few of us disagreed. A few thought we as a nation could do a lot better than having either a President Trump or a President Hillary Clinton. I have no problem if you thought they were the epitome of the political elite. I happened to disagree. So too did 8 million other Americans. We go by the slogan, "We can do better." You apparently go by the slogan, "We can't do any better."

Once again, the courts ignore the rule of law at their choice and get slapped down with further investigation.

BTW, every liberal screamed and cried if on of Obamas EO was challenged yet celebrate if one of Trumps is challenged. Which do you think is in the interest of all of the people?

Arjay51, you are not paying attention.

You have no authority on the courts and whether they are right or wrong.

You have your opinion, for it is worth,. and nothing more.

And quit cry babying about partisanship of Trump or Obama. It is not adult.

Have you ever considered applying this to yourself? It certainly fits with your posting patterns.

Of course it fits yours and not mine, Arjay51.

I am fully aware that the courts take care of themselves (that is fact).

Have your opinion but don't cry.

You appear to be weeping when it is pointed out that you continue to be wrong.

Are you late for your pity party?

See, you are crying, Arjay. I am sorry for you, but no participation trophies exist for the Trumper losers in the Mueller Sweepstakes.

Since you seem intent on insulting me, perhaps you should consider that your description fits you more than me and also that you continue to be wrong, and stalking me. Infractions anyone?

Since I never said that I thought Trump vs. Clinton was the best of the best or that they were the "epitome of the political elite." So I'm not clear what you are trying to do by challenging me on points I never made. Maybe you could explain where I expressed those opinions.

Oh yeah! The Memo, on top of the shut down, on top of their embarrassing childish actions at the SOTU, on top of "CRUMBS"?
    LOL!

The memo turned out to be nothing.

How sad for the Alt Right and the Trumpers.

You left the impression that you were so extremely satisfied and impressed with those two choices that one didn't have a choice but to vote for one or the other. I wasn't impressed or satisfied at all and I expressed that dissatisfaction. If you weren't impressed or satisfied, did you express it? Or did you just accept it? Feeling nothing can ever be done but to accept whatever is offered by the two major parties without a whimper?

You sure did. At least I got the impression you were so satisfied and impressed with the two major party candidates that you couldn't understand or perhaps even abide by someone actually voting against both. If one is unwilling to take a stand, even if one knows he will lose, there will be no gain and no change. One must do what one thinks right, in this case voting against both candidates was in vain, but even so, it was the right thing to do. At least in my mind. Neither Trump or Hillary belonged within a million miles of the oval office, my opinion of each. There was no choice in that instance. Either accept it or raise as much fuss as one can and do as much as one can to try to obtain a better person in the White House or accept it as a fait accompli

Failure to try or register one's disdain is accepting the status quo, business as usual. It means one is perfectly happy with the things as they are and do not want change. In my view, is willing to accept whomever is thrown at them with no questions asked. That is not me.

Voting against both candidates was the American honorable and patriotic act in 2016.

You really have to ask this after seeing the cheating that the DNC did to take the primary away from Sanders and now the Fisa Memo?

The Memo that proved the democrats aren't above using government agencies to cheat an election.

Seriously, you think the republicans are any different? Republicans own the military. Both sides are opportunistic a$$holes.
