Paul supporters, tea partiers, and disenfranchised republicans/democrats, will you support Gary Johnson on the libertarian ticket or will you hold your nose and vote for Romney/Obama?
If Ron Paul runs on a third party ticket I will vote for him. If he does not, I will probably vote for Gary Johnson.
Quite a few libertarians on this board don't seem to like Johnson. He's a "social progressive" and a "Johnny-come-lately to the Libertarian cause".
I'm not stupid! I will vote for whoever the R nominee is! What an idiotic thing it would be to vote for a third party candidate to help His Fraudship Obama slither back in!
Romney is funded by the same big bankers who funded Obama. He supported TARP, stimulus, and has supported just as many progressive policies as Obama. Romney = Obama = establishment. Important lesson to learn, which you people haven't even learned after Bush raised federal spending more than anyone since FDR.
So what! I base my opinion on wanting a R in power to make federal judge appointments. I also trust a R more to issue executive orders that I agree with. I also want a strong defense and a strong military, although there can be waste of same removed. I believe that Obama has the corner on raising the national debt the most in the time he has been in.
If someone named Obama was a Republican and got the nomination, I would vote for them. Of course, that cannot happen with B. Hussein Obama!
Like the patriot act or locking up US citizens without a trial? These are (R) type legislations. What happens when Romney or Newt, especially Newt, is challenged politically and deams them a terrorist. Newt already calls for the forcefull removal of Judges because of their legislation from the bench. The (R)s are not better when it comes to making these decissions, and their track record proves it. I will write in Ron Paul if I must, but I am not voting for an "evil" no matter how "lesser" it is.
Johnson's got my vote (obviously... lol). Still, if Paul gets the GOP nomination, I'll vote for him instead.
I'd rather write in Ron Paul. I refuse to vote for Republicrat Collectivist A or Demopublican Collectivist B
