Oh, it was the 'death threats'. Right. . I have nothing to dispel that(Because evidence from this "legal team" has been very hard to come by.) But even if we refer back to 'death threats', Mr. Grassley pointed out that Capitol Hill has the highest protection in its marshal service. I doubt very much she was in danger, or any of her family members were in danger in Washington.)

But at any rate, Grassley was spineless as head of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Here's how it would have gone if I were head of either the committee or the Senate Majority Leader:

Me: "Have you contacted law enforcement regarding these allegations?"
Legal Team: "Well, no."
Me: "That's where your focus should be right now. Neither the Senate, nor the Senate Judiciary Committee has jurisdiction over criminal matters. Good day to you." *Slams the phone*.

Had either one of them had the steel balls to do that, the pathetic excuse of a hearing doesn't happen. Ford humiliating the US Senate doesn't happen. The whole thing dressed down the US Senate, for absolutely no reason.

 

Why are you so peeved by the possibility of investigation when you say there is nothing to find?

He is a judge and can make any decisions likes on the court.

Kavanaugh is a Trumped-up forelock-tugger, not a judge.

 

Like it or not he is a judge his decisions will carry the same weight as any other judge.

 

Oh, I quite agree with you... let's have an EIGHTH, a NINTH, a TENTH investigation -- and more where those come from! As many as possible so that these radical Democrats have every opportunity possible to make complete, blathering-ass spectacles out of themselves!
