Wouldn't it be convenient for your argument if I only went to the nice little safe areas. I have spent a ton of time all over Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland. Years of my life.

Far less in Detroit and Chicago, but I've walked around those inner cities a bit, during the day and at night.

Not according to the history I've read. Humanity remains the greedy and violent creatures they've always been. That scientific progress has allowed them to kill each other more efficiently ,I will acknowledge.

Nobody is forcing you to stay here. You are free to leave and go find your utopia in the rest of the world. Perhaps you would find Haiti, Cuba or Venezuela more to your liking. They have almost absolute equality in those countries and they aren't colonizing anybody. I have been bemoaning the decay of Western Civilization for many decades now. But all good things come to an end. It is nothing to fear.

 

If he were a dictator maybe he could've helped but as you have seen, these mayors do as they please and even encourage protests and violence.

The problem with these democratic leaders is that they don't give a DAMN about the people, they are self serving. They want to keep their jobs by making their constituents believe the opponents are racists, in bed with the rich etc... yet these dem leaders do nothing. They really don't want to improve the lives of their people. By keeping them poor, uneducated and believing racists and cops keep them oppressed, dems can secure their votes by selling themselves as the social justice heroes. Yet, this doesn't get people anywhere because it's all lies.. There is a reason dems oppose better policing, safer neighborhoods and they oppose charter schools/more school choice. These things threaten to actually clean crime and provide more opportunities. This is the biggest threat to democratic politicians, they can more easily secure votes by keeping people poor, ignorant and convincing them everyone else are racists and bad cops. Its an awful thing but very much true.

 

I'm not fearful. I'm perfectly happy with modern life.

Please, provide your assertions to the points I made regarding how they do not represent major failures in the structure of our Nation.
