    If he is a member of a neighbhood crime watch group, he is required under Florida law. However, that will be the only extent of his volunteerism Even if yopu argue against such a claim. statng that he was part of the neighborhood watch group would have defused the situation and both would have waited for police.

    But if that happend, it would have been more of a personal embarrassment to GZ than to anyone else.

    There is no evidence that TM went back to his apartment. The entire situation took about 5 minutes.

    Plenty of witnesses say no porch lights were on during that time.Geez, SBB if you looked at any of the evidence you would know this.

    Plenty of witnesses, would that be 2,4,6,8,12. You seem to know it all, so guide me to the evidence of all the witnesses that stated this.

    So according to you teenagers assault adult men and put their lives in danger or threaten them with serious bodily harm and the adult cannot defend themselves with deadly force under any circumstances and if they do then they are scumbags. Am I clear on that?

    So if this adult had had a gun and shot and killed this teen he would be a scumbag.

    Yep any adult should be capable of handling any welterweight and not allowed to use deadly force if they believe they are in danger of serious bodily harm while the welterweight is beating on them.

    The preponderance of the evidence is that is exactly what he did. The transcripts of Dee Dee statements have been poster repeatedly.

    During which time neither Zimmerman or Martin had sight of one another for several of those minutes. During which time Martin simply could have gone inside the apartment, where he told Dee Dee he had run back to, and laid down on the couch and he would be alive today.

    He choose another course of action.

    Sorry too much info missing on this case for me to comment on. Like the size of the man attacked and the size of the 17yr old that did the attacking.

    No, being arrested is what gets the ball rolling, you bond out if you can and then there is a trial which proves your guilt or innocence.

    Uh I believe those are grown men are they not. Also these guys train to fight everyday and the average 158lb man in America doesn't look like that now does he.
