    And how does that calculate to an 8 inch difference in height? Let me answer for you, it doesn't.

    When the jury determines that George was assaulted, based on all of the evidence, I'll agree. Until then, I won't make speculative claims like those of you and and others.

    What a 'load' as usual from you. DD's phone has data from the 26th but T's records from his phone are all missing. Is this something you can not bring yourself to admit? Sad situation when someone has invested so much emotion into a losing cause and can not accept reality.......even from the SP's office admitting DD was lying under oath. "NO NO NO!!!!!! The SP was mistaken!". Yeah right. LOLOL

    The context is that it is a hypothetical situation. Let say you are going for a fitness walk and this happens to you. The attacker is a stranger in his late teens or early twenties.

    I think DGM means Dragon Grand Master.. My grandfather and uncles were Masons.

    In case anyone here does not know where I stand on this I will provide a brief summary.

    I don't believe that George is guilty of murder 2 but manslaughter is a possibility. I don't believe that George was following Martin with intent to comment murder. I believe that the only real racial component to this case involved black teens that had reportedly been committing B&E's in the neighborhood. I view this as the prime reason that Martin was viewed as suspicious by George. I don't know what happened during the time between the ending of the NEN call and the the shooting. I'm aware the witness # 6 has revised his statement from sure to not so sure. I'm aware that at least one witness that has stated there was an argument, and witness stated that there was a chase (someone running after another), DooDoo's wonderfully eloquent statement etc. etc, and of course, George's statements, some of which contain inconsistencies. The question of manslaughter is raised by Georges response to the altercation as being reasonable or not and the question of George's behavior, prior to the shooting, being a contributing factor in Martin's death. However, the evidence available is sparse, and as such, I don't believe anyone here should be claiming George is, or not, guilty of anything. George's guilt of innocence will be determined by a trier of fact at the end of the upcoming trial.
