Why do you have the belief that people going through traumatic situations including life threatening or at the least threats of serious bodily harm while being beaten will retain a perfect memory of the event including specific locations of events down to the fraction of an inch.

That's correct. Bernie SCREAMED the words to attempt to influence the jury and OMara pointed out to the jury what an ****** Bernie is for attempting to be so disingenuous. AKA lying to the jury. George NEVER screamed those words in the 911 call.

 

Does that tell him to " keep an eye on him ".
What crime was committed by following someone.

"Tell me if he does anything else." - Kinda makes Zimmerman'c case.That
he was Instructed to " keep an eye on him ".
Plus Following someone is No Crime.Totally legal.

 

No evidence that Zimmerman did that, but OK.

There are 3 streets, and they each have names. Long Oak way, Twin Trees & Retreat view circle. I'm guessing you're referencing Retreat Circle, the road that circles the complex. However, Zimmerman led officers through Twin Trees during his walkthrough account of the incident (behind the homes to the left). 3 roads... and you're head neighborhood watchman. I don't necessarily equate a leisurely dog walker to head of neighborhood watch, who would have a vested interest in the 3 road names he frequents.

Bernie made the most stupid mistake possible yesterday by playing Zimmerman's testimony to the jury. Now OMara doesn't ever need to put George on the stand. Every 'legal expert' stated the same yesterday.......even the 'T-Boners'.

 

The state doesn't need Zimmy to take the stand ... quit kidding ... Zimmy confessed since he approached the first person there ... witness Malano ... and stated *I shot 'em in self-defense*

I guess it was the 8 burglaries and the DOZENS of attempted burglaries that confused the cops into thinking there was a rash of crime... putting extra patrols JUST in that complex every day during "peak" crime hours...

I'd certainly be of the opinion that if Zimmy had gone door to door and introduced himself to the Martins that he was a Neighborhood Watch Captain ... the Martins would have relayed that to thier son.

 

The jury got to sit on the statement all night, so while the judge says to disregard I'm sure it's already made an impression.

If the Martins cared about crime in their neighborhood or about the neighborhood in general, they would have attended the Neighborhood Watch meetings and would have known GZ. As to alerting TM, that would have only occurred if TM wasn't more interested in abusing GZ. than calling home and letting his mom and her man know what he was up to.
