It is tearing them apart, is it not ? Trayvonistas in full-blown meltdowns. They just got a multi-million dollar Prosecution, technically not even done yet, as the crying fat-lady thug-mom has not sung yet, and look at the whining !!!

We are ready here in Florida. The only homes that the rioting black fools will be able to burn down is their own. Too many law-abiding folks are armed now, and are going to "Stand Your Ground".

So after the blacks burn down their homes, the State is gonna give 'am a tent. And some bug spray. To enjoy their stupidity and loathsomeness.

That's right libs. Go stupid on the rest of us. Try to harm innocent folks. Ruin their property.

I watched the entire testimony of Gorgone today. It lasted for hours. They found all kinds of Zimmerman blood and DNA on Trayvon's clothing.

Well I think it was Trayvon who was stalking George and ambushed him,
confronted and punched in the face knocking to the ground.
Quickly straddled George and pounded his head into the pavement.
Was Trayvon going after George's gun.
Regardless.Trayvon was the aggressor.Not one shred of evidence to
state otherwise.

 

You know, before the trial, I could understand the speculations and the outrage, but now, a lot of the hardcore TM supporters are just ignoring the evidence presented in trial. Then they make up BS that is completely opposite of that evidence. I understand this is a pretty emotional subject, and I respect those emotions, but my respect has dwindled for a lot of them.

 

Defense also pointed out that the hoodie was improperly bagged and started to mold, compromising the dna evidence.

 

Means nothing.Just beer Talk.There are so many things being said about this
Trial,that in and of itself reguires a Library all it's own.
Either this case was charged and included a lessor charge or it wasn't.
Many aspect of this Trial are not public domain.

Yes they may have found tons mor Zimmerman DNA were it not for that but regardless of the mishandling they still found blood evidence.

 

But they sure did make those nice big lightweight displays !!!! Thought they were Hollywood or such !

 

I've been trying to figure this out.. I don't understand how they get there.
I know the judge has to give the jury instruction on the laws. She will tell the what they can rule on and the definition of the law.
I don't know that the inclusion of manslaughter is automatic.

I think the prosecution would have to request it somehow or at some point.

The answer I keep seeing around here is lesser chargers are included.

It's not that simple. There are a lot of charges lesser then 2nd degree murder.

It's not up to the jury to levy charges they are to rule on the charges given.

As of now Zimmerman is charged with 2nd degree murder.

 

Seeing that Z hit himself on the back of his own head in the face with his own flashlight who knows? He just wanted to have some superficial wounds to fool the dummies with. It worked.

 

If you initially run away, you are not the aggressor.

I was curious about this as well, so I did a little research.....can't provide the links, though as nothing was real definitive and I had to look at many web sites.

Basically, this is how I understand it:

The lesser charges were not included in the initial indictment. However, lesser offenses are generally understood to be included automatically by most jurisdictions......and I found this on another forum:

The owies on his face are from a tree branch, inflicted almost immediately at the beginning of conflict. Martin probably pulled him to the tree trying to break loose.

 

That's too funny. Are we expected to believe that TM jumped out of the bushes and beat the crap out of a trained MMA guy, dribbled his head on the sidewalk, and continued with his cell phone conversation at the same time?

Z accosted TM, walked up to him, pulled out his gun, shot TM dead, and then hit himself on the back of his head and in his face to give himself the appearance of being attacked.

 

They would've found blood on his flash light.

What has yet to be brought up in court is the body forensics. The forensics for the hoodie showed a contact shot but I have read that the body does not which means that the hoodie would have been a distance from the body.

One thing to think about is that if Zimmerman had pressed the gun into Martin's body, it could have pushed the slide out of battery and in that case, it would not fire.

 

All of those charges will be included as options on the jury form.

 

Trayvon bolted off and then doubled back and ambushed George.
Unless you believe the bilge that Trayvon was " just walkig home ".
That doesn't even come close to adding up.
That would mean that George would have to have Run Down Trayvon
and confrionted Trayvon,then punched himself in the face and dragged
Trayvon back to the spot where he allowed Trayvon to get onto of him to
make for a fair fight.
