If I see you in my yard, or neighborhood, looking suspicious, I most certainly have the right to ask you what the hell you think you're doing, or even follow you while on the phone with cops so I can direct them to where the suspicious person was when the cops got there.


Like I said in the other thread.... If Zimmerman went up to Martin and said, "hey (nword) what you doin in my neighborhood" that's 180 degree different and I agree he can't do that.

But following..... yes, you can, and if you get attacked while doing that, you have the right to defend yourself with deadly force if necessary.



Problem here is cops investigated, found nothing... yet people want to second guess a professional investigation to make it fit their agenda. This particular PD has no history of being inept, or racist, or whatever (because if it had, we'd have heard about it already) so there is no reason to think that they all of a sudden became inept on this case, or corrupt.

if the kid ran and he gave chase, he had good reason to fear Zimmerman was looking to harm him. do you chase down kids who run from you? whats your plan when you catch them,??
