There should be a sentence of 30 years to life in prison for police brutality like this. I'm not saying this was police brutality (wouldn't be surprised if it was, though), but it's honestly inexcusable if you would take a position that requires so much integrity just to abuse the powers that come with it at the expense of civilians. It makes me sick. They're worse than the criminals they go after. It's not enough for them to just be fired. They should be held to the same standard that everyone else is if not to a higher standard.

There are many places where drugs make the POLICE do evil things!

Start watching the video at 3:00. Its a slick routine, and it is obvious these cops have done it 100's of times! This is Phoenix, BTW.

Police plant drugs on homeless black woman

The windows don't roll down in the back of a police car so a gang member would have to either open the door or shoot through the window, all with the police right there.

In Los Angeles, California the cops shoot you in the back while you lay on the ground with your hands cuffed behind you....They did it to 2 Samoan brothers a while back.

In London they hold you down while they shoot you at close range.

In New York, they ram sticks up your rear.

In Philadelphia they burn down whole city blocks to enforce zoning ordinances.

In Texas they burn up 80 kids to "protect them'.

It's a long list of victims in many countries like Vietnam, for example.

Hey from what you've got there it looks fishy to me too. But we all know that the press is manipulating stories left and right now, so I want to wait for all of the facts to come out.,

Thanks Mucho for posting the video on the USA drug racket.

So much for the freedom and democracy garbage the politicians are always yapping about.

Yeah, folks hate our freedom to be criminals.

I'm hoping that they prove otherwise. But I just can't simply understand how it would happen. I even went so far as to cuff my wife lol

You are not alone. Now the question is. Did you hope or dread the thought?

Was there some reason his right hand couldn't function, or are you just trying to make believe that's the case?

I think I know how it happened. They ahve witnesses that said the officers were not at the car when it happened. .
The officer said he put the guy in the car and checked a warrant. This is when he hides the gun in the seat. Then took the guy out and and searched him again. They handcuff him and put him back in the car. He looks over and sees the gun poking out from under the seat. He tries to push the gun back under the seat with his head because he's handcuffed. BANG! Not a suicide. Just a tragic accident.

Actually, my response was much like Real American Thinkers, I think I actually said "What?!?" out loud while I clicked on the thread.

Jimmy - well, he's a good guy. I won't lie, I disagree with him on a lot of issues, but he's a decent sort and we need more people like that in politics. If it actually HAD been Jimmy who had been shot, I would have felt bad about it.

I agree. Carter was a terrible President, but as a human being...he's an alright dude. I think history will look back on him favorably for that.

It was handcuffed behind his back?

Guns just don't go off though, you can push it with whatever you want and its not going to fire. You have to pull the trigger. What would have pulled the trigger in your scenario?

I dunno...would the force have been enough to push him into the position they found him in?

And could the gun have fired just from being under the seat?

He was sitting up slumped over, a small caliber weapon doesnt have that much force at all.

Depending on the type, make and quaility of the weapon, your claim is not necessarily true.

A moderate blow to the hammer of a loaded revolver can often fire the weapon. It just depends....

And what in the back of a police cruiser would create such a blow?

Where was the caliber of the weapon established? Or the type of handgun it was?

The only thing the police chief said was that it was a "small caliber weapon".
