late last year as i'm returning home from work, i stopped to get coffee. as i'm stirring mah Columbian go juice, this uniformed TSA guy (the airport is down the street a bit) is pawing his pants murmuring cuss words, looks at me and explains he forgot his wallet. i look at his hand not holding his coffee, then point at the folded leather there. "what's that?"..yep, he was looking for it while it was in his hand.

 

Gettin in trouble for stripping in an airport =/= losing freedom...

It equals being too stupid to express your discontent like a grown-up...

 

TSA agents are given a lot of authority and therefore must be held to a very high standard. They had no right to detain this person. He wasn't carrying any unauthorized materials and submitted to their search. TSA agents shouldn't be allowed to detain anyone who isn't breaking any of the written rules. Them doing so is clearly a case of wrongful incarceration or kidnapping. The agents involved should be given prison sentences for doing so and the agency should lose the lawsuit.

Or do you really believe that TSA agents should be free to detain anyone they choose with impunity, no matter how unjustified the detainment is?

 

I've got to actually agree. This (*)(*)(*)(*) was obviously ore planned, he knew he was gonna make some kind of disturbance. He is nothing but another cry baby (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) wanting to get his Lil 15 minutes in the news.

Had he been detained for doing absolutely nothing at all I could stand behind his lawsuit whole heatedly, but since he per planned to make a scene he did nothing but bring it upon himself to be detained.

I have no problem with bare boobs any place, unless it is done to disrupt a public safety procedure.

It could be considered disruptive at an airport, unless there is a baby sucking milk out of one or more of the nipples.
