It is my hope that we as Americans can all support open dialogue to address these statistics and facts, without being called names

Well for one thing, one doesn't present solutions, this is not school homework. Another is that one idea, or the conservative idea is hardly a one stop solution, or even a plausible idea. The educated well off black people I know got to where they are for a variety of reasons, long before Pres Obama.

And its amazing to think that these guys should be dems just because they are black. Not a single GOP person says Pelosi or Reid should be conservative because they are white and rich. The GOP bases their views of people off their actions and thoughts, not their skin color. They ask the quest why arent more blacks part of the GOP when most of their view points are in a conservative nature, not because the GOP believes they are owed something for freeing slaves or getting the civil rights act passed. What does the dems do for blacks and minorities that helps them out specifically?

You evaded my question, and I wasnt lumbing the entire race in with the "sub culture", if you want to say its "sub" of the culture when over half have belonged to or follow the gang lifestyle at a young age. I would say the "sub culture" of blacks is country western or math geeks or high school graduates.

Pick your liberal bastion of great wealth and higher standards of living of minorities that liberals have put policies in to help minorities and give us some glorifying results that the school drop out rate is lower. That the crime rate is lower. The unemployment is not twice the national average. I seriously cant believe Obama really picked Chicago as his example to model what America should be striving for.

Immigration policy. Affirmative action. Aid to the poor (most are white). Hate-laws legislation. Equal-pay-laws for women. Gay and Lesbian rights.
