I don't see a problem with him trying to keep him in sight or getting a better last known location or direction of travel. I think GZ expected TM to keep running. I don't think GZ believed that he was going to be ambushed and sucker-punched by TM. He likely underestimated the violence of today's urban teens.

 

ROFL no you cannot clearly tell if it is the voice of a teenager or an adult and neither could the FBI. A male teenagers voice can range from a bass to a tenor, oh and an male adult voice can range from a bass to a tenor.

His actions before the second encounter were perfectly legal and perfectly rational.

Then you may as well say Zimmerman's getting up that morning contributed to Martin's death.

It doesn't matter how you view it it matters how the law views it and under the law he had a right to use the force he used.

HIs banged up head is evidence of the justification to use the force he used. It shows he had a reasonable and rational fear of serious bodily harm.

The police had already been called, his own call and witness 6 yelled he was calling them to try and get Martin to stop and in fact did call 911, and were arriving any second which in fact they did and the jury will not hold him accountable for any of the statements after what he had been through.

And what does it matter. You have already been educated on the law and the fact it doesn't even require that you receive ANY injury before you can use deadly force.

So you are claiming he did not have his head banged against the concrete, then provide us the evidence of how he sustained the injuries to the back of his head and the evidence which refutes witness 6 statement that the fight moved to a position where Zimmerman's head was over the concrete as he turned to go call the police. Then cite from the law where it says you have to be so stunned you are incapacitated and unable to do "normal activities" before you can defend yourself.

ROFL your baseless assertions about "most people" and the nature of head injury are not evidence and no one takes it as such.

But the State will have an expert on head trauma testify about the cognitive impairments that accompany having your head slammed against a hard object like concrete.
