The FBI says it cannot determine whose voice is in the background on the 911 calls. Witness 6 clearly states it was Zimmerman yelling. The states own analysis has conflicting results.

in the defense's latest filing they say trayvon and dee dee were arguing the whole day when he was killed and that can influence his state of mind.....interesting these "love birds" were at odds.

No it doesn't. It puts him back NEAR the apartment. . . . Which is a very vague, subjective term, that can mean as close as 20 or 30 feet, or as far as 120 feet, or in the last stretch before reaching the place. . . Like, having turned the last corner and having the apartment in the line of sight.

What it doesn't mean is being AT the apartment.

 

I know that. That is why I said "possibly". However, there are still neighbors.

Most people when they are scared of someone do not run around in the dark playing hide and seek. The go somewhere where they can be safe. Like a rabbit goes to it's hole. Home, even if they haven't been there for a long, is sanctuary. It is human nature.

As I said, at home there are lights, doors with locks on them, knives, fireplace pokers, baseball bats, anything that provides a better weapon than a bag of Skittles and an Ice Tea.

 

If Travyon needed a weapon to clobber George.. He could have used the can of iced tea.. or a flower pot off on of the porches.

I think that Trayvon wanted an answer as to WHY..

 

...and a phone one could dial 911 and the police would know exactly where to go unlike a cellphone call to 911.
