I'm sorry you are wrong.....'Ray Ray' entered a guilty plea in the case. You are correct that the racist NFL has more black players as the league routinely drafts only about 25 percent White players each year and it is currently only 31 percent White due to this discrimination. But that differential doesn't account for a 10 to 1 arrest record.

It doesn't matter if there are one thousand black players in the NFL for every white player or if it's just one white player per black player , that's not what we were talking about. We're talking about of the players that ARE in the NFL 10 blacks are arrested for every white that is.

Yes the statistics on the last page that I replied to showed that there are more black players than white players. Thus of course the statistics are higher for them.

As for discrimination in the NFL. I submit that isn't discrimination not to hire people who aren't qualified for a job simply b/c they are of a certain group. So answer me this, why are blacks so quick to scream discrimination when blacks aren't hired for jobs they aren't hired for?

Take the NFL as an example. It's not discrimination not to draft white running backs when generally speaking whites aren't big enough or fast enough to play the position, but then those same blacks who are okay with that will turn around and scream that there aren't enough black QBs in the league when the reason there are not is simply b/c generally speaking blacks aren't as qualified to play that position as whites are.

1:10 is a ratio. It doesn't matter if that ratio is 1000:100 or :100:10 or 10:1 its the same. 10:1
