Could be a damaged russian submarine

A distress signal in Russian preceded the submarine alarm in the archipelago of Stockholm. When the military search operation started radio communication between a transmitter in the archipelago and a transmitter in Kaliningrad was detected. This indicates that there could be a damaged russian submarine in Swedish waters.

Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet can now reveal new sensational information about what happened before and during the ongoing military operation in the archipelago of Stockholm, where the military – in their own words – are searching for "suspected foreign activity under water".

In the official version the operation started due to the reports from a "credible source" that had seen a suspicious object on friday.

But what has not been revealed is that the National Defence Radio Establishment ("Försvarets radioanstalt", FRA) detected radio communication in Russian a day before the operation started. It was transmitted on a special frequence, used by Russia in emergency situations.

About 14 hours later, Friday the 17th october around noon, the underwater vehicle was detected and the search operation begun.

Friday night signal intelligence once again intercepted radio communication. This time it was encrypted but it was possible to determine the position of the transmitter and the reciever. The transmitter was situated somewhere in Kanholmsfjärden in the archipelago of Stockholm, and the reviever was situated in Kaliningrad, Russia.

This information has been confirmed by several persons with knowledge about the ongoing search operation, altough they can't confirm that there is a damaged submarine in Swedish waters.

    – We are now focusing on determining if there is ongoing foreign underwater activity or not, one of the sources tells Svenska Dagladet.

All I've got to say is if there's another crippled sub, I hope very much that it ends better for this crew than the last one.

that's not nessesarily the russian one

Sweden's military is investigating reports of 'foreign underwater activity' in the Stockholm archipelago using high-tech-equipped naval vessels, aircraft and home guard forces.

Chief of operations Jonas Wikstrom says information 'from a credible source' sparked the operation on Friday and was being investigated as part of a wider intelligence operation.

Wikstrom refused to give further details about the operation, except saying the purpose was to find out whether 'there had been or still is ongoing foreign underwater activity'.

If there was a damaged sub, Vladimir Putin would say so. He would never risk the lives of the sailors. As for an undamaged sub underwater, well Russian subs were sailing in the Caribbean, so why not. Look if the U.S. can have its satellites watching everything going on in the world, why not Russia, after all the Artic does belong to them (hee, hee, hee, :lol:not according to Canada), after all they have to watch over their interests.

P.S. It could be an American one watching over Russia's interests. :roflol:

Elf there is no mention of a sub in any newspaper, but then again I only read the Russian ones and blogs. They are more honest. If it was a Russian sub, I'm sure the CIA paid news sources would be blasting it all over the place, so it might be an American sub. They are known for subversive things like that. There is mention though in RT of some kind of UFO object in the water between Finland and Sweden which should be interesting. Hmmm! Maybe it's a new Russian weapon? If I was Sweden I would be scared, very scared. :hiding:

First thing that popped into this brain was the hunt for red October.

That a Russian sub is in those waters should not be a surprise. Nor any kind of threat.

Why is everyone so sure it's a Russian sub and not an American one? About a month ago, Sweden protested about an American jet flying into it's air space. The excuse given, was that it was chased by the Russian jets. Hmmm! Now why would the Russians be chasing it? Very suspicious! :confuse:

With the entire Russian fleet in disrepair and lacking maintenance due to financial constraints, seeing a Submarine again fail would be no surprise.

Probably because the communications intercepted were Russian in origin.

Hmmm! :confuse: By whose account? The same ones that said the air liner was shot down by the Russians? :roflol: When Russia says it's their sub, then I'll believe it. They certainly have proven themselves more honest than Washington, that's for sure.

It is confirmed that it is a Norwegian sub chasing some mystery sub they claim was there. Of course the gullible propagandists will say without any proof that it was Russian.

Moronic Swedish media reports about the Russian submarine. Not about Ukrainian. At what Ministry of Defence of Sweden not confirm the presence of a Russian submarine. But the media continue to write nonsense. Very funny. It seems on the basis of homosexuality propogandy, all Swedes finally left without brains.
