    NO he didn't. Bush had a few HIGH PROFILE blacks at the top. The rest of the ranks were VERY VERY thin of women and those of color.

    no prejudice at all.... just good, inclusive leadership



    judging? perhaps. If, for example, I went to a debate between two candidates, and one of them came out stark naked except for gold tinfoil wrapped around his genitalia, I might "judge" him a bit and think that maybe he was not the right man for the job. The same way, to a lesser extent, that I judge men who wear pink flowers on their foreheads.
